Terms of Booking
Please send you booking request via e-mail, fax or call us.
The reservation is deemed confirmed on receipt of credit card details. 
Credit card is only a guarantee for your booking; we will only charge your stay on the departure day or in the cases mentioned in our cancellation policy.Reservations must be confirmed via fax or e-mail. No reservation made on the phone will be considered confirmed. 

Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours before the arrival date, nothing will be charged on your credit card.
If the reservation is cancelled after 48 hours before the arrival date, the first night will be charged on your credit card.
In case of no show, the first night of the staying will be charged on your credit card.

10% VAT included.
Buffet breakfast included
We inform  you that pets are allowed.
Children younger than 3 years old free (sleeping in a  cradle).
Children over the age mentioned and adults will pay 20,00 euro per person per night (sleeping in an extra bed).
The extra beds or cradles  are available on request and must be confirmed with the hotel.
