Traditional sorrentine specialities

Good food is the pride of the Secret Garden Relais using only organic products grown in the vegetable and citrus garden.

The Charme Hotel di Sorrento offers on request traditional specialities as well as revised   Sorrentine and Neapolitan cuisine featuring ingredients of protected origins, such as oil and wine.

The speciality of the Relais is “farfalle alla primavera”, pasta made with aubergines, zucchini, and sweet peppers grown in the orchard.

Another firm favourite amongst guests is the parmigiana bianca all’Annamaria with aubergines, provola and local mozzarella.

If you enjoy cold food and cakes, a good choice would be the pear and zucchini cruditee served on a bed of cheese and pear tiramisu.

Other typical plates offered on the menu are: starters with organic vegetables, mozzarella in lemon leaves, “caprese” with tomatoes from Sorrento, and fresh pasta with green peppers.

Also available to guests are customized cooking classes of Partenopea cuisine where one can discover the secrets of a good homemade pizza or those for the delicious almond cake.
